Included in the price:
- All regular house running costs (electricity, gas, water, etc) except central heating, if used.
- Swimming Pool maintainance.
- Linen, towels (bath and pool) are provided (changed weekly).
Additional charges will be made for:
- Breakages.
- Telephone calls (at actual cost).
- Maid Service (11 Euros per hour), including at La Cantina.
- Tuscan Cooking (15 Euros per hour, plus ingredients).
- English speaking baby sitting (15 Euros per hour).
- Central heating in winter, if guests require it, will be charged per day (cost according to fuel price).
Letting Period
Letting periods are usually by full weeks commencing on a Saturday at 1600 and ending at 1000 on the last Saturday. However, this can often be varied according to guests needs, so long as it does not cut across another booking.
Payment
Booking Deposit: while it can be retained as an option for a while, a booking can only be confirmed on receipt of 25% of the rental total.
Full payment: this should be made (and received) 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival Deposit: A returnable deposit will be requested on arrival against breakages or telephone useage. Deposits are: La Casa Colonica 300 Euros La Cantina 200 Euros. This will be returned by bank transfer with in 2 weeks of departure.
